Everglades Camping Shuttles

"Skilled local boat transport for serious wilderness trips"

Boat drop-off and pickup service for backcountry campers in the 10,000 Islands and Everglades wilderness. We get you and your gear to the remote campsite — and back.

"Backcountry camping in the Everglades is one of the most rewarding wilderness experiences in North America — but only if you can get there."

What it is

We provide drop-off and pickup boat shuttle service for backcountry campers heading into the 10,000 Islands and Everglades wilderness. Whether you're paddling out for a multi-day kayak expedition or dropping into a remote wilderness campsite, we'll get you there safely with all your gear.

Why use a shuttle

  • Reach campsites you can't paddle to in one day — get straight to the wilderness instead of burning hours on transit
  • Carry more gear than a kayak can hold — coolers, multi-day food supplies, extended camping equipment
  • Skip the crowded launches — we drop at quieter, more remote starting points
  • Local expertise — we know the channels, tides, and current conditions
  • Reliable pickup — confirmed return time at your camp's nearest channel

Common destinations

  • Pavilion Key
  • Tiger Key
  • Rabbit Key
  • New Turkey Key
  • Plate Creek Bay
  • Lostmans Five Bay
  • Custom backcountry coordinates with advance planning

Who uses our shuttles

Backcountry kayak campers, professional photographers and filmmakers needing remote wilderness access, researchers, multi-day fishing trips, and adventurous family groups planning their own wilderness experience.

Booking shuttles

Shuttle service is by arrangement — there's no online calendar because routes, dates, and group sizes all need to be coordinated. Call us at 239-695-3633 or email with your trip plan and we'll quote and schedule.

Permits: All Everglades National Park backcountry camping requires a permit. We can advise on the permit process but don't issue them — that's a National Park Service function.
